I placed an order on the 25th May for items to the value of £56.00 plus p&p I received an email to say they would arrive by the 1st of June. My parcel did not arrive so I rang them the call cost me 10 pence per minute after 15 min I was told my items were out of stock so I would receive a refund in 10 days, why would any respectable company take the money when the items were not available on their website the goods were in stock ,what made me more angry I wasn't notified about this I had to chase them to find out about my order and the cost of the phone call was £3.00 the person on customer services also spoke very little English. I WOULD ADVISE ANY PERSON TO BE VERY CAREFULL BRFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
