They MIS-SELL & do not provide in full your paid for order

I have now learnt to record their presentations to prove they are NOT providing in full exactly what you have paid for.

There is the ongoing saga with an offer that was aired 10/03/15. 2x Tower pot kit and 6 Jumbo flowering clematis. Firstly I only received 5 clematis. After protracted emails regarding this, they keep saying they have dispatched another plant. That was about 1 month ago. No good way of putting this, they use delaying tactics, and basically LIE! Needless to say I have NOT received it.
I have these 5 plants that now need to be planted into the large pots. However, when I replayed the presentation it clearly showed that you get two pots and two towers. I received eventually, two pots, but only one tower!

Then foolishly on 16/04/15 on the 3 pm airing of Zhuzh item no 149 807 Zhuzh twin pack ..'the best of both tans' x 2 plus 200ml bottle of the spray Zhuzh, for £19.99. Even the presenter questioned the deal and it was confirmed the three items were included at that price. The exact time that was stated and confirmed was 15.42pm.

Needless to say I only received the two 'best of both tans'. Again another example of MIS-SELLING

This is just two examples of their dishonesty in the last couple of months. Disgraceful. OFCOM take note!
