got a letter saying my flexi payment was declined and was told you never replied to the first letter which I didn't get.it stated that the payment was declined and I was charged £15 admin fee I had lost my debit in oct and registerd my new one onto my account unbeknown to me that this dosnt count for flexi pay account.but they never had the decency to let me know.gave her my new card details and she took the final payment off plus another £15 admin fee what robbers.this item has cost me a fortune and the phone call she then said I had to call back in January to give them my card details again.they have also blocked my account and will not be able to add my new card to my account myself for another 72hours.what a rip off.
