I ordered two items from ideal world at the beginning of September...these items through no fault of my own could not be delivered to my building...Hermes and another firm could not even communicate with me to have these items re delivered...I am bitterly disappointed at missing out on these purchases and the length of time I have waited...I do not want to re order because I don't want the messing around. Go to the other shopping channel beginning with Q it's service is second only to John Lewis :)
