Really disappointed with the service from Ideal World. I ordered a Max Performance by Vibrapower and DVD 10 days ago, because it was on a really good deal. Was told that it would take 3-10 working days to deliver. I've waited in for a few days, and had no attempts for it to be delivered, rang up customer services twice querying it, and had no luck. Rang for the last time today to find out that they attempted to deliver my exercise machine on friday (19th) and because no one was in, the courier sent it back to the warehouse cancelling my order. I didn't even have a card put through the letter box to say there had been an attempted delivery. The worst thing about it was the customer service. I was told to attempt to order it again, but would have to pay the full price, with no other help. Definitely won't be ordering from them again!
