I tried to make an order but my password did not work, I asked for a new password, not only did it take TWO days to send it, it was the same one !!
After sending FOUR more emails to get it sorted and to try and get my order placed, I received just ONE reply asking what I wanted to order !!
I then emailed them to tell them I was disgusted with their service (or lack of) Once again NO reply UNTILL 9oclock Sunday morning when I was telephoned by a person with poor English, asking if I still wanted to place the order (naming the product in question)I decided not to cut off my nose to spite my face and go ahead with the order, only to be asked what it was I wanted to order !! He then told me the item was DOUBLE the price but out of stock and would email me when it was back in stock again.
A few moments later my Husband put the TV on and there in front of our eyes was the same item I had been trying to buy for well over TWO weeks !!
This company as NO customer service at all so give a wide berth !!
