Bought a tablet for my husband for Christmas, The charger stopped working within 2 months, actually got a label to send it back. Received the tablet back saying that pins had been crushed and was not under warranty.I have sent a letter back saying it would be impossible for this to happen if it had fitted correctly in the first place. Now waiting for an answer but if no response think it will be worth going to small claims court. The more court claims against them may be the answer. Just switch this channel off and visit a shop instead I will be doing.
