I've been ordering online practically ever since it was possible to and this is the first time I've experienced such appalling behaviour from an online company. The item never arrived, they acknowledged this and said they couldn't credit my card but had to send a cheque for the refund. I told them this wasn't acceptable but in any case a cheque wasn't received. In fact 35 days later and still no refund. I've contacted my card company, and will contact the Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards. Diabolical customer service. Buyer definitely beware!
