I ordered a Karcher Pressure washer on the 25th August 2012 and was told it would be delivered on the 31st August. Strangely enough the item never got delivered so i phoned customer services to be told i should wait until the 10th September for it to arrive. The item never arrived so i called again to be told they would need to send out a form for non delivery of an item. I never got the form so after yet more wasted phone calls and i was told i would get a refund as the warehouse sent my order back. I am still waiting for the refund 7 days later and keep being told LIES each time i call. They must have a huge book of excuses and lies to tell you.

I definately would NOT use this company for anything.
