Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order for a Karcher pressure washer at Idealworld. When the item arrived it was damaged. No problem, or so I thought, items do occasionally get damaged and surely it would be easy to get it changed.
I started by phoning the customer service department and eventually got through to someone who spoke little or no English. The only thing I eventually managed to understand was that I should phone back later. I decided to contact them via e-mail and so sent them a message giving all my details, nature of damage to the item and the fact that I would like a replacement asap. I immediately received an e-mail back from customer services acknowledging receipt of my e-mail and a message to say they would contact me regarding the matters raised. This was obviously an automatically generated reply.
As I still had not received a reply by the next day I tried phoning them again. EVENTUALLY I got through only to play out the same scenario as before where someone spoke to me in a language I could not understand. The only bit I did understand was to phone back later. I have since sent two further e-mails and tried phoning. Neither e-mail has received an acknowledgement (automatic or otherwise) and I have now cancelled my purchase and asked for a refund. The washer has been repackaged and is awaiting pickup. I certainly will not use Idealword ever again.

Try ringing the man that demonstrates the Karcher. I've heard him say a number of times during presentation that If you have any problems his company's number on the box and machine to ring and speak to him or his company associates directly.
