Having shopped with this company in the past I was more than happy to place an order for a BOGOF face cream deal. The package came withn 3 days but was completely the wrong product. After contacting customer services and requesting a replacement they sent me a label to take to a collect point shop. After tracking for 2 weeks the website said it was still in the main depot. I rang Customer services what a waste of time. I spoke to several people there, none of which could understand me and could not help me. They kept speaking over the top of me. I was not able to speak to a supervisor as they wouldnt take my call. Eventually after a 45 minute call at 10p a minute, I was none the wiser. I hung up and rang back to try to see if I could speak to someone who might understand me and they told me I should receive my product in 10days time. From order to deliver 5 weeks -if it arrives. DONT USE THEM - RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.
