I purchased the Karchver Window Vacuum, came with two blades. The small blade broke the very first time I used it. I rang Ideal World, the operatore said he would look into it and arrange for a new blade to be sent out to me; 2 weeks later, no replacement and no acknowledgement from Ideal World. Second phone call, the operator confirmed that he had details of my first phone call and that he would arrange for a replacement to be sent; 2 weeks later, no replacement and no acknowledgement from Ideal World. I then sent an e mail a few weeks ago, I received an acknowledgement from Ideal World, but to my surprise, they thought I had said that the blade was missing!!!! I replied to them, recommending that they read my first e mail properly, again, I received a standard reply a few days ago and nothing since. NO SERVICE AT ALL, COMPLETELY AUTOMATED AND TELEPHONE OPERATORS WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
