QVC far better & more reliable.

I purchased Betty Miller dog biscuit making kit on 17/7/12 and was advised that I should expect to receive my item by 10 days. I was a bit annoyed at this because the postage was £4.00 and with QVC and other online shops I have used it is less than 7 days. Anyway, I waited until the 27/7/12 and no item. I decided to leave it until 3/8/12 and still no item. When I rang customer service I was told via an automated service that my item was dispatched on the 18/7/12 and that they would contact the courier and send me an e-mail. I expected to get an e-mail the same day but I haven't and will now have to wait until Monday to see if I get a reply. Not happy at all and will not shop with them again.

I think that their customer service is atrocious and they are the only on-line company were I have not been able to track my parcel.

With regards to previous positive ratings, I think they must have just got lucky mate!
