“TOTAL RIP OFF ”

After purchasing a b-book tablet from the company the item come to me faulty and after sending the item back to them for full refund I sent the item back and 8 months later Im still waiting, after contacting them time after time we still have no b-book or refund, they just keep giving excuses after excuses for there reasons. This is the worst company I have ever delt with.
PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR OF IDEAL WORLD
