We ordered 3 items from Ideal World but after more than a month had not received any. They were meant to be investigating the whereabouts of the items but after various emails sent by us and telephone calls we decided to have a refund for the products and order the items from another company. The team at Ideal World are called "Customer Service" Team but we do not think they understand the meaning of the words as they are only interested in refunding you for the items you ordered. We would not recommend this company to anyone nor would we use them again as they only seem to be interested in holding your money for a certain length of time and they will then refund you. You are left out of pocket for the cost of the phone calls and all the inconvenience and time it takes to try to rectify the matter without any outcome. We would not normally write reviews but are so disgusted with the attitude of this company that we thought it best that others are aware of how they operate.
