I ordered 100 plants.. they came one day over due deliver date, = 3weeks waiting
95% were dead, i took pics and complained, I received an email saying throw them as they were replacing them and they would contact me within 2 days to arrange delivery.
I waited 10 days.. nothing.. I wrote to customer service again, i waited 8 days, I received an email saying they were investigation and I had to wait 6 days. I received another email saying they had run out of stock and I would get a refund .. in 6-10 days
I called customer service at their premium rate.. i could not understand the first gentleman, he refused to put me through to a manger, then he said he would,, I was put on hold for 9 minutes at their premium rate. i was then told that I could go to Idealhiome webpage and make a comment .. I was given the wrong website..
Absolutely disgusting goods and service and still i do not have a refund

DO NOT BUY PLANTS FROM THIS COPAY AND IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED ASK FOR A REFUND BEFREO THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE REPLACING THEM..
AND TAKE THE NAME OF THE PERSON AT CUSTOMER SERVICE
