I bought a washing machine from Idealworld which after a few weeks of receiving it we had to send it back because it started to vibrate badly. On the 22nd of May the machine was picked up and witnessed by my wife was thrown into the couriers van. Since then after many emails and costly phonecalls to Ideal world customer service we have been told that the washing machine has been lost and we should get a refund within the next 8 working days.
Like many of people who have complained on this site i have had many of emails ignored by the so called freindly customers service and plenty of costly minutes placed on hold.It has taken 22 days to admit that the washing machine had been lost. They have promised me that they will refund the money to me and will not collect final payment from me at the end of the month but something tells me they are just fobbing me off.
The thing that well stressed me out is no telephone number or email address to the UK head office.
