Ideal customer services is a joke, at my cost i had to phone them as i had ordered 2 bags of tref to go with my mini orchard, only when my order arrived i only got one bag of tref. I did not mind paying 6.99 for delivery of 2 bags but would not have paid that for one as it makes 1 bag of compost with p&p £20.00. After phoning them and explaining this i was told they would send a form to fill out which never happened. Weeks later i emailed them, they take days to get back to you saying they will look into it. So you wait and wait and eventually have to get back to them again, i told them i do not want a refund i just want my 2nd bag of tref compost. I then get an email to say i will get a refund. I reply back i do not want a refund as this makes my p&p very expensive for 1 bag. They then tell me i cannot have a refund on the p&p as it costs 6.99 for any amount ordered. I did not ask for a refund in the first place i just wanted the tref that i didnot get in the first place but they are obviously not willing to pay the p&p themselves for the second one either.
I will never buy from them again and will be warning as many people as possible. I Have brought items from QVC for many years and their customer services have always been more than helpful.
Very dissapointed with ideal world I don't know how they are such a large company the way they treat their customers.

I totally agree with you. I have similar complaints about this (take your money and run) company, as well as the bad service going through Indin call centres!
