Odered a bracelet from ideal world which did not arrive. Emailed ideal world 5 times in five days but it took them 9 days to answer me. I would not ring them as it cost 10 per minute. Told me I would now have to fill in a non delivery claim form. Sent this to them at my cost as no pre paid envelope sent to me. Over seven days went by still no refund. Emailed them several more times which they would not answer. Three days later got an email from them saying they have not received my claim form which I sent over a week ago. I have now had to send another claim form again at my expense. I am now waiting again. This has been going on now for 5 week.

Please buy somewhere else. Do not be tempted to buy anything from ideal world they are a joke.

Yes they are a joke, see my previous comments. I had to deal with CS who dealt with my refund in a matter of days because we had several phone calls in realtion the very bad customer service level they showed me when I wanted to return a product and it took 14 days to be collected and during that time I senr umpteen emails that went unanswered and ignored. The last time I spoke to him he assured me that ID were in the process of changing their call centre staff and that plans are in place to respond to customers complaints etc etc within 24 hours as opposed to weeks! I can see nothing has changed, they still dont answer emails and then you have to phone their call centre that costs the earth as your charged 10p a min. After my dealings with ID CS involving many many phone calls my phone bill was disgustingly high compared to normal. Dont please dont deal with Ideal World they are a incompantant and inneficient shopping channel that should not be allowed to continue to trade. The management are no bette than the staff at the call centre even they do not respond to letters of complaint , I even wrote to their CEO and even he couldnt be bothered to reply, that tells you something about this appalling and attroscious company.
