I ordered a leather jacket it was out of stock but came back in 3 days later - ordered it again - found it had gone up in 3 days by £30 with no notification!! Decided to refuse delivery when it arrived as received no response to my enquiry why this price rise had happened. STILL waiting for refund of more than £220 some 3 weeks later and have now had to involve my Credit Card. Their Customer Services are terrible - emails get ignored. I did get a response after advising them I had gone to my credit card - and was told they had received the item back and to give them some more time to refund the money (they had had 3 weeks already!!) I would NEVER recommend this channel to anyone.
