Ideal world have got it all sewn up regards customer services. You cannot contact any uk service telephone numbers at all. all you get contacted to are people in india. They are very nice but they cannot give you a uk number.
The telephone charges are a total rip off, and don't be conned into making these calls. Nearly all the call charges which you pay for go into ideal world's account. Basically their target is your pocket of money, and they have already put into action this particular revenue income for their coffers....Keep away from Ideal World and don't even watch their sales programs. In the end you will most likely be dissapointed. AVOID AVOID AVOID. for your sake and sanity and your expense.
