I bought a chocolate diamond ring last year and the centre stone has fallen out. Contacted Gems TV with no joy as they are not willing to do anything other than give me the contact details of their jeweller, so I can pay for a new diamond and repair. Their Aftercare is rude and non existent, once they have your money you have got no chance.

I agree. There pieces are of awful quality. Often have stones fall out and the CS agents are patronising and obnoscious to say the least

Absolutely, Gems TV just want your money for market stall quality stuff. It is all hyped up by the WOWING and OOING sales team - after all that is what they are paid to do - SELL. Once bitten and all that, stay away, it is just cheap tat nowadays. They even have their own word for gold plate: OVERLAY which is as thin as tissue paper. Should be investigated by a Consumer Department like Trading Standards, if only to stop them using special lighting to enhance the stones - when they arrive they always look flat and lack sparkle. It is definitely rejects/seconds/tat and I wish Trading Standards would take it off the air.

I have purchased 3 rings from rocks tv!!;/ I take GREAT CARE OF MY RINGS HOWEVER.......stones have fallen out of two of them!!!! and a big chip out of another I love the stones however the craftmanship is horrible!!!!:( I will most likely not buy from them Ever again!
