I have started ordering jewellery from Gems tv couple of months ago. I am overly happy with the products. The only irritating thing is when i buy something on action and in few weeks time I see it further reduced on another action and I feel like I was tricked to pay more money on something that worth less. The diamonds though seemingly less priced, why? I think because they are chopped in thousand pieces and with inclusions.

I like the quick postage around 3 days, which is a bonus.
The customer service is good and efficient, I wanted to cancel an order, on the telephone took a while to get answered, by e-mail I received answer the following day. The cancellation was done quickly and efficiently.

I have returned pair of earrings and a ring, the ring's stone was sapphire and the treatment was irradiation, which means they treat a skin deep layer of shiny and the rest of the stone is a completely different colour. The earrings looked way smaller and the white gold unpolished therefore the return. Got my refund in just over a week so, happy about it.

U really have to know the nature of gems, the grams of metal, there are some quality pieces you can get on Gems TV if you know more about the quality and the worth of the jewellery.
