I don't think the quality is that great and some of the items I've bought I sent back straight away as the cutting and polishing wasn't very good. Fed up with endless rings especially the diamonds which are mostly clusters of melange and not worth buying in my opinion. I rarely buy now preferring better quality wit more pendants and necklaces etc from Rocks & Co and don't watch very often as I simply cannot stand some of the presenters especially the American woman - her voice is very chalk on blackboard to me - awful. There's another woman too who really irritates me as she never finishes her sentences so sounds garbled.

I know the 2 women you mean and I felt the same way about them both! You have to admit though the others are also quite annoying with their enless "WOW", "Oh my word!", If anyone still watches this channel it's better to turn the sound off and put some music of you r own choice on..

Totally agree, the presenting is so ghastly, cannot think why old (name removed) employed the american one, it just makes you reach for the off button, SCRATCH, SCRATCH, dreadful noise. When she is not there (name removed) (is it) with the fixed red grim WOWS everything up and they natter on and on about their personal lives, who wants to know.!? Years ago you could buy some decent stuff for the price, but now it is all rubbish, thin gold, or their new OVERLAY - which means plate - and diamond rings made with the crumbs from the floor, all little tiny bits glued together. What should really happen is that Birmingham Council should send Trading Standards round there and check everything, if a High Street store tried to sell rubbish they would soon be there. The presenters are just sales people, everything is wow wow wow, if the stuff was that good there would be no need for the endless chatter. They need to shut down or employ proper jewellers and QUALITY CONTROL and forget bragging about good works abroad, the good folk of the UK need genuine goods, not third world rejects, it is not just the middleman that is cut out, as they are so fond of saying, but PROPER JEWELLERS are absent too, otherwise jewellery would be not sent out with damaged stones and VERY poor settings. hope you are reading this (name removed), because I think you just con the public, and you know you do.
