I bought a 'ruby and diamond' ring from Gems TV, its a lovely ring but was a tad too big so I took it to the jewelers to be resized. They just rang me to say the couldn't resize it for me as unfortunately it was 'filled with red glass' and would shatter, to say I'm annoyed is an understatement. I was going to buy more rings from them but definitely wont bother now.

Why is the channel still trading? Where are Trade Protection people? Birningham City Council should get round there quickly

You could write to a National Newspaper, Gems needs showing up big time, if such an article appeared once, I expect loads of people would contact them to add their stories, then he could not con the public anymore, he is more interested in third world countries then British people having value for money, suppose it makes him feel important, a true philanthropist at the expense of the British people
