I have bought 3 rings from them 2 now have stones missing very disappointing

I have bought a good number of pieces of jewellery from this channel, probably more than 50 but I too have lost stones out of 5 rings bought from them! But I have returned them for replacement/repair/refund with no problem. When I pointed out that I felt they were expanding enormously and standards were slipping, I do believe my comment was taken on board about tightening up quality control...........but it looks as if a good number are still slipping through.

However in a better note, regarding quality, I've had a number of the higher priced pieces valued and they have all been valued between 4 and 8 times the prices I paid for them.

You should complain to the local Trading Standards at the local Council Offices, they need to stop selling rubbish
