i ahve bought a lot from gems and have had no issues. i have sent a few items back as they always look slightly different in life than on tv, and have had no issues with getting a refund. usually within a week of it being returned.
customer service is good and the channel itself is great. only thing i would like to see if having chains come with the pendants so they are ready to wear.

They sell the pendants separately because no body needs a box of chains - one of the few things they have got right
