Kept holding for ages and ages only to be told that they do not deliver to my post code area???

What a shame they don't, I guess you must live somewhere rather remote, as I'm sure if you were to buy from them, you'd quickly have your mind changed about the quality of the service they provide although I agree it is sometimes a long wait due to how busy they are.
