Over the past couple of months I've bought a number of pieces. So far, I've been happy with the quality, based on the price I've paid.
I walk along Hatton Garden every day, gazing in the windows, and yes - the quality there is higher to my eye and knowledge (not just diamonds, but also Ametrine, rubies etc.) but so are the prices - out of my reach. I worked in the diamond trade years ago.
I have recently sent a couple of pieces back, due to a tiny accent stone being missing, but no problems with customer services so far - very quick response to emails etc. Note to self - don't buy pieces with small accent stones...
In response to previous comments; I may not like the sales pitch and initial exaggeration of price, but that goes for a lot of places - I still shop at T!sco.
