I've bought one piece so far - an emerald and topaz (they love their topaz on gems tv don't they?) silver ring. One of the emeralds is a wee bit wonkily set but probably not too noticable, I'm picky. I just hope this claw set piece will stand the test of time with no stones falling out or anything.
Fear I'm developing an addiction to this channel because of 1)the sheer variety of gems 2)Some of the prices (end prices, the start ones are ludicrous) are amazing - 'Lola Rose' type bracelets for example for about a quarter of her overcharged prices and 3)Its on 24hrs LIVE! - and am going to order another ring soon.
One thing I would say is that, compared to QVC, this channel comes off as not so smooth and professional. Lots of pausing and strange facial expressions from presenters and as someone else on here said, the HANDS! Badly done manicures, ragged nail, hairy fingers, dirt under nails etc. Ugh, you just wouldn't see that on QVC where all the nails on both men and women are obviously professionally done and pristine.
It does make a difference you know Gems.

Some of the presenters cannot speak properly with correct English, it is VERY unprofessional - all the nattering about what a good buy something is and all the details of their private lives, I hope none of them apply for a job on a news channel. Every one is having a go at them because most purchasers feel conned
