“Best shopping channel”

I have read some of the reviews here, and I can't help but wonder what planet some people live on! I watch occasionally with my elderly mother, who loves, but can't afford expensive jewellery.
Under Steve Bennett, Gems TV is a really inexpensive way of buying quality jewellery, as indeed we have done. The quality is excellent, we have had no trouble with any of the 20+ items we have bought, all well under 10% shop price. The presenters are friendly and entertaining, ( Especially Carol Roache), and also explain the items, showing good knowledge of the gems, along with great humour, sadly lacking in other "dry" shopping channels.

Totally agree, Gems Tv gives us an opportunity to own wonderful jewellery that otherwise must of us couldnt afford. How can you be unhappy with a company who offer you your money back if you are not happy? I have bought lots of stuff and also returned items; no problems at all. Choice and affordability - no better combination. Thanks Steve for making it possible.
