Dreary set, chatty hosts, recycled products

Pro: I purchased expensive die sets from Create and Craft, and for ten days afterward, heard nothing from them. I contacted customer services to find out the status of the order, and spoke with a representative who persuaded me not to cancel it. The order arrived a few days later. Total time between placing order and receiving it was 17-18 days...not too bad. My only concern was that I wasn't informed by email, etc., that delivery would take that long.

Cons: The programming is not professionally presented; the set doesn't seem to be well lit, some of the presenters interfere with the demonstrations with their distracting chatter, rarely are the dimensions of the dies shown, and the same products seem to be recycled program after program. Some of the dies (e.g. Die-namics) appear to be Spellbinder dies, which can be purchased more cheaply through other craft vendors.

The Create and Craft hosts promised that the craft academy would provide instructions/videos for using some of their products; however none exists for the more complicated Couture dies I purchased. I probably wouldn't have purchased the dies if this promise had not be made.

Maybe with time, Create and Craft will be able to rise to the standard of, say---HSN's craft programming and website. We'll see...!
