I have only watched this since Christmas time. I ordered a few items as I am starting patchworking this month. Some arrived quite quickly others ordered earlier still haven't arrived. I emailed customer services to tell them that one item had not arrived. They replied by saying that another item I had ordered had been sent direct from the manufacturer, competely missing the point. I still haven't received the item but have to wait a further 10 days before they will do anything.

Other items, according to my account details have been sent out and should have been here about 3 days ago. No sign of them.

I did buy a daylight lamp which was on special offer and I'm very pleased with it. That arrived within 2 days and was at a very good price.

They should warn you that you may have to wait two to three weeks for items to arrive.

In my opinion you are better shopping on Ebay than on here. Some of the items they are selling are available at the same price on other websites. Often the demonstrator has their own web site. My advice would be to shop around first.

I am having problems with an order I didn't receive. I emailed them to let them know about it and have only got automatic reply. 4 days later I got an actual email to say it would take 10 days to investigate!!! They take your money quick enough but don't refund it very quickly. Have asked C & C customer service why it takes 3-4 days to reply to a complaint and the twice I asked there wasn't any reply to my question. Had heard that they were bringing their call centre back to the UK but don't know if that has happened yet. Will let you know how this all turns out.
