Two cd ordered two days ago, Read the estimated delivery which in fairness I missed at the time of order and that is given as ten days away.. That is not acceptable so as per their terms and conditions I rang to cancel the order,, Under the distance selling regulations I am legally entitled to do so and indeed their terms and conditions draw reference to such legislation.. Unfortunately after speaking to two customer reps a floor manager and a senior floor manager they are unwilling to cancel due to their system not allowing cancellations.
Hopefully they will take more notice when the credit card company withdraw funds but what abysmal service...Avoid.
