Product arrived and was faulty. Then had to make phone calls to a premium rate line to arrange collection. A £17.00 bill followed. Was literally not allowed to complain so put my complaint in writing not once but twice to the MD No reply my advice dont bother they are not only poor with returns they do not even have the courtesy to reply!
