I made an order and it was only when I received the confirmation that I realised my club discount hadn't been given. After 16 minutes on the phone the staff member confimed that the order had been cancelled. Today I received a despatch notice for the cancelled order!!! It is for over £100 and they have charged me.
A similar event happenned earlier this year, it was 10 days before I received a reply to my e-mail to customer services and over 3 weeks for a refund.
Another complaint was that I was supposed to have free postage, but again they charged. Four weeks and half a dozen e-mails to sort this out.
You really have to push them to get anything sorted.
