Like other reviewers I would like to have given no stars. I have been waiting over a month for a reply to my emails trying to get the £10 Club Membership refund activated using my online account. Today I got fed up waiting and rang them, big mistake! It was very hard to understand what the lady was saying and she didn't seem to grasp what I was trying to explain. She just kept saying to order over the phone and the £10 would be activated but I want to be able to use the £10 online as I usually do and she also said she knows nothing about the website and couldn't help with that, so what is the point of the website giving a customer service number to ring if they can't help with website queries. I was kept waiting to speak to customer service, so that added to the cost of the call itself, meaning my £10 refund is getting less in value with the cost of the calls. It seems atrocious that we should have to pay money for calls to rectify mistakes made by them and receive a customer service that is not worth a light. Sometimes it's not the money but the principal and reading so many bad reviews on here and other forums I'm surprised they have any customers at all. I for one would never recommend them and will not be renewing my membership.
