been a club member for a few years, i became unemployed this year and couldn't afford to renew my membership, i phoned customer services and tried to cancel but they took money out of my bank account anyway, tried to use my £10 voucher, wasn't on my account so i had to phone customer services, after 9 phone calls, them keeping me on the phone for 20 mins each call, said we don't understand and putting the phone down i tried to get in touch with the create and cra* club helpline, that just plays music, nobody answered after 40mins i gave up, my dp phoned customer services to ask q, they put phone down on him, he called back and asked the advisor if it was common practise for them to put the phone down, advisor burst out laughing saying yes as we only talk a little english and don't understand questions, anyway after all this my £10 voucher expired as it only lasts 3months now, doesnt say that on the website, or adverts for the club. i'm disgusted and will never use ideal world or create and craft ever again, neither will any of my friends and family, going to try trading standards now
