Like previous customers I to have only given 1 star as I couldnt give no stars at all, they dont even deserve the one star I have given them.
On May the 14th I ordered 2 12 x 12 cutting mats for a cricut machine. A week later 2 6 x 12 cutting mats arrived. So I attempted to ring customer services. The 1st time I rang I was hanging on for over 15 mins (at a high rate charge I might add), I was then put through to someone who I couldnt understand and neither could he understand me, so put the phone down and tried again. This happened several times at a cost to me. When I was lucky enough to get someone who I could understand and who could understand me, he just said send it back then. I explained that I wasnt going to pay for postage and packing for their mistake. so he said he would send me a postage form for me to download to send it back. This eventually came 5 days later. I also emailed and said I would like the 12 x 12 mats and not a refund. But I didnt get the mats and got a refund minus the postage and packing. So again I rang and after the same performance as last time I eventually got through to someone who told me they dont refund postage and packing for returned goods. I then explained that they would send me the postage and packing as it wasnt my fault that they sent me the wrong goods and that they dint have the correct ones in stock!!! So in the end they said they would refund my money with 5 working days. As yet (11th July) and several emails later I still dont have my money. I have emailed them so many times and all I get is the same rubbish email back, thanking me for my email and that they take my feedback very seriously, what a joke!!!!Will never use again nor will my friends.
