I must say at the outset that I have given one star because it is a required element,I would prefer to give no stars!
I recently bought the Meadow Cottage Bears CD which when it arrived would not work properly as my Virus protection kept shutting it down and displaying messages saying it was a security risk.I first rang Crafters Companion to ask for advice and the only thing a very bored sounding person could suggest was that I tried it in another computer(which I don't have).All my other Crafters Companion Cds work perfectly so I am sure there is some kind of fault with this one.
Next I rang Create and Craft Customer Services and when I explained the problem they said I could return it and get a refund. I returned the Cd but about a few days later they sent it back with a pre-printed slip saying that they couldn't find a fault.I emailed them at Customer Services to complain and after a few days I got an email back to say that they were passing it on to Head Office.A few days after that I received a phone call from Customer Services to say they had heard from Head Office and I had to return the CD again to receive a refund.This I did,even enclosing a screen shot of the security messages and sure enough after a few days they sent it back to me with the same pre-printed slip.I emailed again saying that I was dissatisfied with the service and would not be renewing my club membership or ordering from them again.I have since received an email from them thanking me for bringing this to their attention and saying that feedback is important to them.
As they offered no solution to my problem and it seems as if they do not read anything which is sent to them I decided to leave this feedback to warn others what to expect.The CD is now in the bin and I have wasted my money.
