I for my sins have been a club member for over 2.5 years and am wondering why. Deliveries either turn up late or dont turn up at all. Every time I order card from them I only receive every other order and have to fight for a postage refund. I have no problem paying postage for stuff I receive even though it is expensive but I refuse to pay for non delivered stuff. I thought this year would be different as every order I've placeed so far has arrived within a week. How wrong I was. Surprise surprise it didnt last long. I ordered 2 lots of card and the new hunkydory mag on 19/04/12 but to date all I have received is the mag so I stupidly sent them an email at the weekend asking what is going on but having not received a response (except an email having the audacity to ask if I found what I was looking for on the website the other day)I rang to be told that instead of 10 days I have to give it 12 working days. Then I was told it was despatched from the supplier on 27/04/12 so when I asked if it was walking to my house I was told it was sent out 24/04/12. They cant even get their facts right when you do manage to get a response. However I am still waiting on answers to my email about lack of response,why they never ring when you are told by so called customer serivices they will ring you back in 24 hours and why I have received no reply to a letter they sent out oct last year saying they will look in to my complaints. Unless I beg for a response in my email I never get one and so I have told them that their customer service is disgusting and that I will go to the very top and that if that fails I will go to bbc watchdog as I am not prepared to let this drop this time. They could take a few leaves out of Hunkydorys book. I ordered a kit direct from them the beginning of this year but when it arrived one part was missing so I rang them to inform them and they not only sent the missing part they sent out 3 other pks as a goodwill gesture by way of apology. Their service is outstanding as I use them a lot shame the same cant be said for c and c. They bragg they are good value for money yet I have bought a lot direct from their suppliers and even taking into account that you dont get 10% discount I can still pay less than I would with c + c's discount. I am in 2 minds as to whether I will renew my membership this year or not
