First of all i do enjoy watching the demos on C.A.C.and have had no trouble with orders, but am really dissatisfied with the Customer Service.I have been a member since August 2011 and have had nothing but trouble login in to the Club section.Just before the trouble started again (it's not the first time)i spent £150-00 on goods. I must have been given 25 new passwords since i joined.At the moment my password has been blocked since 1/4/2012.I have rang 4 times i have also sent other E.mails asking when will it be unblocked all i get is the automated message we will contact you A.S.A.P.I have missed out on all the offers over easter and certainly won't be joining again.
