    T-Mobile's SOLO plan was a total disaster, as are their records, accounts, and customer service. I had 3 months of SOLO, found I was put onto both versions by mistake and was also being charged for all phone calls as though I was still on their former PAYG plan.

    Awful! Tied into a very lengthy contract and the phone after just a few weeks wouldn't work - clearly defective. Took it back and it was sent off for repair. After more than two weeks received my phone which had supposedly been repaired only to have the same thing happen again. Have sent it off A ...

    I really hate mates rates because 40p to call and 10p to text!!!! It's only if you have lots of tmobile friends that this tarrif can be useful >:(

    Being a T-mobile broadband customer has been a very frustrating experience. I have persistent connection problems. Somehow the network causes a '400 bad request' error after several minutes of connection and forces me to re-connect. This becomes extremely annoying when I have to reset the connection ...
