Having spoken to a very nice lady called Naila on the phone I have just saved a nice sum of money on my usual bills (better in my pocket at the end of the day).. Not only that but the lady was extremely informative and very patient when dealing with all questions raised(Something I do a lot). My queries were answered with efficiency, confidence and patience, giving me the time I needed to make notes.
All in all, compared to the call centers of some other companies, if this is an example of the attitudes fostered at Uswitch, then they are definitely doing something right.
