I was looking for a new tarriff for business electricity and stumbled on this site. I filled in the first screen with my company name and address. When the next screen asked me for my phone number (i placed a duff phone number) but they still managed to contact me. My immediate reaction was to ask where he had got my phone number from, as I gave an incorrect phone number. He said the number he called me on was the number given, which I said that was not possible. I told him at this moment in time, I did not wish to speak to anyone and that I felt pressured by the telephone call, he said he would call me back next week, at which I requested not to call me and if I was interested I would call them back!

This is just a website that harvests your details and passes (sells?) them on to cold callers. Don't be fooled. I filled in the form and got to the point where I agree to get quotes by phone. I don't accept sales calls so I aborted. I still got a call from a very aggressive salesman. DO NOT USE

Misleading sales tactics. Non existent customer service.

do not use these people unless you check your facts on prices first I was under pressure on a busy day, I took what the salesman told me as the truth - "the best you can get anywhere is 13p on a three year deal because they're all going up 15%) it turns out my best deal from THEM was 13p everywhere else its just over 11p a unit- this has cost me £1100 a year for the next three years

Saves a lot of time and hassle comparing the prices yourself. They know the market better than we do and can advise the best deal for your individual circumstances. Staff are extremely helpful and can often offer better prices than you could negotiate yourself.
