Dont waste your money

Dont Take your precious child to this place. Virgin active has cheaper swimming lessons in a clean pool. we were so excited for our son to attend this course.
the pool was not very clean firstly. Secondly they cancelled the course halfway through and everytime they emailed the night before the course saying there was a pool problem and out of their control. When I complained why there was not an alternative they emailed back very rudely saying we couldn't do anything about it .
Our son only attended 4 sessions and we missed a family holiday and the
opportunity for our son to attend other useful classes.
So upset with the whole service and the unhygienic pool.
