Last year we purchased an Intex pool from Wal-Mart. We put it up and less than a month later we noticed it wasn't holding water. There was a leak at the bottom seam like it had rotted. We called them and they did warranty it by sending us a new liner which we got back at the end of swimming season. We kept it in the box until the middle of May. We made sure we cleared and flattened the ground. We walked out yesterday and there is a hole in it in the same spot looking like the seam rotted again. My husband called them to talk about it and the lady (who was from the middle east) said that they couldn't do anything about it. He asked to talk to a supervisor and she wouldn't transfer him. He hung up and called again, got the same girl, he asked to be transferred to someone in America and she wouldn't do it. We are very upset because we spent well over $700.00 for the pool and the filtering system. If they can't have someone that is in America talking to us especially when we ask for someone we will NEVER buy anything from them again. It's sad because now we don't know what our kids will do for the summer.
