THE FLYING FISH is an ancient Pub under new ownership. It has a cosy restaurant and a lovely beer garden at the back. Limited parking but the local streets are no problem. It is a real ale pub too! definitely a plus! Open for food at lunchtimes (including Mondays) and evenings. Bar snacks include fresh shellfish ( well it is near a fishing port). Main courses, Rabbit stew, steak & kidney pudding, gorgeous fish pie, all too filling to manage a pudding. Delicious home cooking at around £10 with a nice red wine - what more could you ask for on a cold autumn day?
