“Very poor service”

I've been to Carluccios in Richmond a few times and its usually OK. However, todays visit was far from satisfactory. The waiting staff seemed in total dissary and it took us a few attempts to actually get our order in and then about 20 minutes to get our bill. The food was OK - not amazing - but it was edible and nothing to complain about. We wanted to stay for dessert but it was taking such an age to get any sort of service that we decided to ditch the idea. A real shame and hopefully... (read more)
