AS said in the review title - this is probably the best bakery in New York. Why? Well first off, their personal moto is "The last word in quality baking". This means that this bakery is always investing in high quality recipes, techniques, machines etc. I can guarantee about the quality - because it is phenomenal. I tasted some of the so-called kosher foods, the challah aka egg bread. This bread made from natural ingredients makes a huge difference in tastes compared to other breads. Second, this is a bakery with a huge tradition, since they exist from 1966. Clearly some of the recipes are genuine and traditional methods are used to complete this kind of baking perfection.
I really enjoyed and loved the challah, hope that you will too.
